PT Satrindo Mitra Utama conducts training programs to ensure customer satisfaction in understanding our services. PT Satrindo Mitra Utama conducts training both for internal (business consultants, mechanics, spare parts operations, new employees) and external (operator & customer mechanics, dealers, etc.).
Service Program
Training & Commissioning
To maintain the quality of equipment, proper operation and daily maintenance according to the Standard Operating Prochedure (SOP), PT Satrindo Mitra Utama always provides satisfying services through Training and Commissioning for new units, ranging from Delivery in the Field, Testing in the Field, and if needed PT Satrindo Mitra Utama will hold a Training Class.
Machine Inspection Program (PPM)
To determine the overall condition of the equipment owned by consumers or those owned by golf parties, namely by means of a thorough inspection of the equipment. We do this inspection using special and modern equipment. This check can also be done at the consumer's work site. The inspection results obtained include the overall condition of the tool and consumers will get recommendations on spare parts needed by consumers.
Unit Recondition Program
This program aims to make the condition of the equipment approaching the new condition, so that the performance of the old equipment can return to normal as when it was new. The work to recondition the unit is done by considering the quality and cost efficiency, so as to obtain maximum reconditioning results.
Contract for Supply of Mechanics
PT Satrindo Mitra Utama provides mechanics to work fully in terms of consulting, supervising, maintaining and repairing equipment, which is done at the customer's location.
Service Contract
PT Satrindo Mitra Utama has a service contract program, which is maintenance of equipment which is carried out periodically in accordance with the SOP from the factory and also repairing consumer-owned equipment if there are damaged equipment. In this program we will put a mechanic to perform maintenance and repair of consumer equipment. This program does not include the procurement of spare parts to repair damaged equipment.
